The church is God’s appointed agency for the salvation of men, its mission is to preach the gospel to the entire world. (Mat. 28:19-20; AA, 9)
This task will never be finished until the membership unites in the work (GW, 352), and the essential Latter Rain cannot come until “the largest portion of the church are… laborers together with God.” (RH 7/21/96)
“The greatest help that can be given our people is to teach them to work for God, and to depend on Him, not on the ministers.” (Testimonies, 7:19)
Every church should be a training school for Christian workers.” (MH, 149)
“One who cannot err” has advised the formation of small groups “as a basis of Christian effort” (Testimonies, 7:21-22).

Let them have a season of prayer, that they may be strengthened, enlightened, and sanctified by the Holy Spirit... Angels of God will be in your assembly. You will feed upon the leaves of the tree of life. What testimonies you may bear of the loving acquaintance made with your fellow workers in these precious seasons when seeking the blessing of God.” (Testimonies, 7:195)

What is a Small Group? Small Group is a weekly meeting of people in order to Study the Bible, Prayer, Fellowship, and Testimony. 1. Fellowship Weekly meeting 2. Testimony 3. Prayer 6 to 12 people 4. Study the Word

The Basics 1st Step To know the plan: - To study the plan - To choose the coordinator - To pray for the plan - To elaborate a calendar - To be commited to the plan
The Basics 2nd Step To prepare the leaders: - To present the plan to the pastor, elders… - To study the plan: Church Board and PM Committee - To determine functions - To visit church families
The Basics 3rd Step To organize the work: - To choose the small group leaders - To train the leaders - To advertise the plan
The Basics 4th Step To prepare the Church: - Week of Revival - To promote the plan - To organize the groups - To advertise the place of the meetings
The Basics To begin the Meetings: - To show a model meeting to the leaders - 5 or 6 meetings to get acquantance and revival - Permanent Meetings with visitors - The goal of the group is to grow and to multiply 5th Step
Key Person The Pastor The Pastor should: • Know the importance of the plan • Be the key person to implement the plan • Motivate and train the leaders. When he is unable to do that, the Small Group Coordinator should do it.
