Submit your completed Monarch Award project package electronically by April 21, 2009. Include photos, site plans, project narrative, budget, and other required documents. Permission to use photos in marketing materials required.

Monarch Award Package Instructions and Checklist The Southwest Region Monarch award submittal package is entirely electronic for 2009. All projects must have been completed after January 1, 2007. Complete a submittal package for each project that you have registered. Email your completed PowerPoint package to conference@cefpisw.org by APRIL 21, 2009 Download This PowerPoint Template. Insert requested information as charts or images in the identified ppt slide. Include the name of the project in the footer of the final PPT. Juried Documents include: 1. Photos. Select up to ten photos per project. Please include interior and exterior photos. Please provide captions. If your project is a renovation, please include before and after photos. Firm name may not appear on photos. 2. Site Plans/Floor Plans. Firm name may not appear on site plans/floor plans. 3. Project Narrative. 4. Project Budget. Please provide document(s) showing project budget, as well as verification that project was completed within the limits of approved budget.. 5. Project Details Form. 6. Educational Specifications or Program of Requirements document, including a short summary of state/provincial guidelines. Additional data required: 7.. Project Data Form. Confidential Form. Will be removed from information given to jury. 8. Photo Release Form - An original signed copy must be submitted to allow us to reprint photos in the conference program, on the region web site, or to be used in future marketing pieces. Project Narrative Please provide a narrative description and definition of the project that highlights exceptional features, discusses specific challenges presented, how those challenges were met, and any other points of significance for the project. Please type below. Not to exceed 2 pages total.

Please Note: CEFPI maintains an in-house archive of school designs as part of our research library. Your information will be entered and recorded as one of those designs.
