  3. TEACH ME “gather and heap up and store for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust nor worm consume and destroy, and where thieves do not break through and steal; For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.” Matthew 6 : 20-21

  4. TEACH ME “seek (aim at and strive after) first of all, His kingdom and His righteousness and then all these things [you see as needs]will be given you (in the far reaching scope of His kingdom).” Matthew 6 : 33

  5. TEACH ME “Allow the children to come to Me—do not forbid or prevent or hinder them—for to such belongs the kingdom of God. Truly I tell you, whoever does not receive and accept and welcome the kingdom of God like a little child [does with implicit faith], positively shall not enter it at all.” MaRK 10 : 14 - 15

  7. WHAT DID JESUS DO? He ushered in the reign of God… • By opening a window of mercy that He might bring “many sons to glory” • By reconciling us to the Father • By leaving us His Holy Spirit • By sending us out

  9. GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM What have we been sent with? • Word of salvation in the name of Jesus from sin, satan and death • Spirit lead demonstration of God’s power, healing to the nations • Enforcing through prayer, the will of God in every place till Jesus returns

  10. GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM WE MUST GO! Jesus said … “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them inthe name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you….. And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come. MattHEW 28:18, MattHEW 24:14

  11. The gospel of the kingdom Simply put “the goodness of God’s rulership and will affecting this place”.

At that time Jesus declared, “I thank you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that you have hidden these things from the wise and understanding and revealed them to little children; yes, Father, for such was your gracious will.All things have been handed over to me by my Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and anyone to whom the Son chooses to reveal him. No longer do I call you servants, for the servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all that I have heard from my Father I have made known to you.You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he may give it to you. John 15: 15-16

  17. DOING THE FATHER’S WILL “I can do nothing on my own. As I hear, I judge, and my judgment is just, because I seek not my own will but the will of him who sent me. John 5:30

DOING GOD’S WILL 19 Therefore, brothers,[c] since we have confidence to enter the holy places by the blood of Jesus, 20 by the new and living way that he opened for us through the curtain, that is, through his flesh, 21 and since we have a great priest over the house of God, 22 let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, with our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. 23 Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful. 24 And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, 25 not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.
