  2. When to Visit Given a tide table for a given day, the tide pool visitor will be able to decipher (state aloud) what time of day (morning/afternoon/evening) low tide will take place. (Process - Perform - Apply) Without any references, the tide pool visitor will be able to state three benefits of visiting the tide pools in the Winter vice during the Summer Season. (Fact - Inform - Recall)

  3. Safety First Given a list of clothing options, the tide pool visitor will be able to choose appropriate attire for a visit at the tide pools such that their safety is not at risk. (Application – Principle) When preparing for a visit to the tide pools, the tide pool visitor will be able to decide what additional items they need to bring or not bring to their tide pool visit in order to enrich their experience. (Fact-Recall) Without any references, the tide pool visitor will be able to state three things that can be done to avoid damaging fragile tide pools. (Fact-Recall) On a visit to the tide pool, the visitor will be able to determine (state) how to properly observe the tide pool inhabitants without causing harm. (Concept-Recall/Apply)
