  4. Density/Intensity • Isakson Living Park Springs (Stone Mtn) – 474 units on 54 acres = 8.78 units/acre • Isakson Living Peachtree Hills Place – proposed 258-300 units on 23 acres = 13.04 units/acre • Isakson Living East Cobb – proposed 987 units on 46.7 non-flood-plain acres = 21.11 units/acre
