Onboarding best practices: HP Remote Lab • Please schedule 1 month in advance to occur 1-2 weeks before lab 1 • Fulfillment team provides instructions and next steps • All TTT videos located on the LPC • Instructions provided by the HP ATA Fulfillment team Watch video “Preparing to run your 1st session” • Each student receives an email with URL

Onboarding best practices: HP LPC • LPC purpose and benefits • Portal to house/support HP Certified Educator (HPCE) program resources • Partners are required to register • Become familiar with the documents available and how to access/download • Your knowledge of the LPC will assist you in the sales process • What it’s NOT intended for • Instructors from Academic Center who have NOT purchased any product • Only on very special circumstances will an Academic Center be approve for access to the LPC (email HPATA@certiport.com for your special requests) • The Instructors to become HPCE certified during the EVALUATION process

Onboarding best practices 30/90 Evaluation registration • All forms to be submitted by the Partner not the Academic Centers • On-Boarding: Registering on the different systems • Request educators to use the same credential for all systems • Your knowledge of the LPC will assist you in the sales process • CAP Programs Tab • CAP Admin on Certiport.com will soon have a “Program” tab .
