Academy Description This Course: • validates the ability to install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot medium-size routed and switched networks. • includes implementation and verification of connections to remote sites in a WAN. • Introduce the wireless networking concepts and terminology, and performance-based skills.
Academy Description Con. • This new curriculum also includes (but is not limited to) the use of these protocols: • Internet Protocol (IP) • Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP) • Serial Line Interface Protocol Frame Relay, • Routing Information Protocol Version 2 (RIPv2) • Virtual LANs (VLANs) • Ethernet • Access Control Lists (ACLs).
What is CCNA Exam? Stands for :Cisco Certified Network Associate. An international exam that proves your skills and understanding of the computer networks. you can apply to this exam after finishing the Academy. The figure illustrates the different Cisco Networking certificates levels (CCNA is the Associate level).

Cisco Networking Academy Curriculum • In Cisco, courses are divided into semesters. • Semesters are divided into chapters. • In Cisco Networking Academy there are 4 semesters. • There are 10 chapters in each semester .
Assessment • There are 4 semesters. • Each semester is composed of ten chapters. • there is an exam for each chapter. • There is a final exam at the end of each semester. • There is a practical final exam at the end of each semester. • All exams except the practical exams are online. • It is mandatory to do all the exams.
