What is FFN? • Frontline Freight Networks (FFN) is a non-exclusive Group for professional logistics companies and international freight forwarders. • We specialize in bringing together good, solid, professional companies who will surely help you to build up your business! Combined with the members’ meetings, this provides an excellent opportunity for small to medium enterprises to leverage themselves in the global market. • Our primary focus is to provide members with more time and opportunities to develop business with each other, cutting out the red tape that normally comes with freight Groups, and focusing on getting things done quickly and efficiently. • With the help and support of the FFN team, you can take your business to the next level!

Criteria & Benefits • The criteria to join The Group • When selecting our Partners we always look for good, solid and financially stable companies with a solid track record in their respective markets. • Mainly what we require to join Frontline Freight Networks (FFN) is demonstrable commercial cargo forwarding excellence. We want companies who are can prove their abilities to handle various types of general cargo and are very active in their local markets for this business. We want companies who have good reputations both locally and abroad. A solid candidate for FFN is a shipping or logistics company that is independent, locally established, yet willing to grow their company in conjunction with FFN overseas partners. • Although we do not require our Partners to ever stop using their own agency networks that they have developed organically, as a rule of thumb we like our FFN Partners to give at least 50% of their new business to other FFN Partners by the end of their first year of membership!

From the very beginning FFN has been and will remain ON THE Motto to Have 1 member in 1 Country. & gives Exclusive Membership to independent logistics companies. • Q. 13. Logistics Control • Direct cost savings by reducing manual processing, eliminate costs of in-house software solutions, and eliminating multiple EDI connections with Members as well as to customers. • Logistic Control will be through the ORACLE Soft Ware which is on line system. • The Team Leader shall be responsible for the Monitoring of the Inventory as all members will update their area activities of containers on daily basis. • In oracle System containers were updated on line wise basis. • Utilization of equipment on first come first Serve basis. • A safe business environment through the Financial Protection Program . • Updating frequent information among members through NEWS and VIEWS column. - The members’ value is increased through brand promotion on the group’s website, which will reinforce and improve the Network stature in the group and all over the world. - The group’s annual congress brings members multiple business opportunities, enhances cooperation as well as reinforces friendship. 14. TERMS & CONDITIONS • Principle Members - Has to Induct their own containers in the common Pool. - Will get the share in the profit & Loss of the Network. - In addition to the normal Agency Commission. • Member - Will act as Agent of the Frontline Freight Networks (FFN). - will only get the normal Agency Commission as per the rates reflecting in the agreement. Note : Fleet will be Increased on Demand.

15. Dues and Fees • Fee Structure - Registration Fee Usd.100/- - Annual Membership Fees Usd. 900/-. Invoices for new membership fees will be generated once the Application Form has been approved by the Advisory Board. The date of receipt of payment will becomes the official enrollment date and all following years members are required to pay their Annual Membership Fee latest by end of each calendar year. • Payment / Assets Protection Plan will be covered through the Insurance Coverage Policy. Note : The Payment Protection Plan covers Usd.10000/- to all approved FFN Partners only. Transactions conducted in branch offices (in other country / countries) that are not an approved member are not covered under the Payment Protection Plan. • Only member who is listed on the website as an approved office qualifies

Applying • The application process... • Applications are submitted online through our website as well as through E mails. • www.cgline.org • Pointers to remember while completing the application form… • It is very important in filling out the online application form is that you provide the 2 references we request. These references should be overseas agents who have worked with your office. • The references will require complete contacts (company name, name, direct phone / mobile and direct e-mail). The references provided should be: 1) Senior management 2) In companies outside of your home country market 3) Have two years experience in working with your company 4) Should be in non-related agent companies (should not have substantial cross shareholdings or in the same group as your company) • Also, each branch office that is applying to come into FFN will also have to supply a minimum of 2 references that will attest to their own ability to handle shipments. This requirement is due to the fact that we have found in the past some companies who were very good in one location and not very good in others. We are diligent in making sure that all offices carrying our membership are up to standard. • Be prepared to give detailed information on the cargo that you handled with these agents should we ask further. And if you are currently working with any FFN Partners, this is also very important for us to know from the beginning. • Remember, applications without the 2 overseas agent references will be returned to you! • Once we have this application, then the Team Leader will personally follow up on the references. Should the references give you good recommendations and the information regarding your company’s background and reputation be verifiable then you should be offered membership. Once an official notification has been sent to you about your acceptance our accounts will send the membership invoice to you. Once this is paid then we will add you to the directory and announce you to all of the members!
