  3. Select the pull down menu “Administration Account Options” Note: If you don’t have Administrative Account Options, you are not the Administrator ;-) All Rights Reserved InternetCrusade® 2003

  4. Select “Alias Administration” All Rights Reserved InternetCrusade® 2003

  5. Alias Administration allows you to ‘Add’, ‘Display’, ‘Modify’ or ‘Delete’ Aliases All Rights Reserved InternetCrusade® 2003

  6. Choose the Alias you want to Display, Modify or Delete or select ‘Add’ All Rights Reserved InternetCrusade® 2003

  7. In this example, we selected “Add Alias” All Rights Reserved InternetCrusade® 2003

  8. Create the Alias (name)Note: This example is for a new listing at 123RiverStreet All Rights Reserved InternetCrusade® 2003

  9. Add the Destination(s) and press Save All Rights Reserved InternetCrusade® 2003

  10. This examples forwards a copy to 5 different destinations All Rights Reserved InternetCrusade® 2003

  11. The first two Destinations are within Mike’s User Account and the Mailboxes (sub-folders) in Mike’s account are called 123RiverStreet and FeaturedProperties All Rights Reserved InternetCrusade® 2003

  12. Note: Separate the name of the Mailbox (folder) from the User with a “-” (hyphen) Reason: The hyphen indicates a ‘sub-folder’ to eMailPLUS so 123RiverStreet is a sub-folder to Mike (the User’s folder) All Rights Reserved InternetCrusade® 2003

  13. The next Destination is a Mailbox called 123RiverStreet in AssistantSue’s User Account All Rights Reserved InternetCrusade® 2003

  14. The next Destination is the 123RiverStreet Mailbox in ListingAgent’s User Account All Rights Reserved InternetCrusade® 2003

  15. Note: If the User is within your own Domain on eMailPLUS, you do not need to add @YourDomain.com All Rights Reserved InternetCrusade® 2003

  16. The last destination is the sending of a notification to 619-555-5656@Verizon.net The Listing Agent’s cell phone (or pager or any other device) All Rights Reserved InternetCrusade® 2003

  17. Note: Sending only ‘specific’ messages to any specific PDA, handheld, cell phone, Blackberry, Blueberry, Strawberry ;-) is a fantastic feature that many pay a lot extra for AND is included for FREE in eMailPLUS!!! All Rights Reserved InternetCrusade® 2003

The “Nobody” AliasIf you want to take advantage of the “Unlimited Addressing” feature, where Anything@YourDomain.com will be delivered to the mailbox(s) of your choice…Create an Alias with the name of Nobody….
