Hub Centres: Definition • Provincial Centre of Excellence for Community (Media)/Broadcasting Services • Hubs are not exclusive but inclusive • Participation in Hubs is voluntary and not Compulsory • Fiduciary structure of Hub is the Provincial Executive Committee (PEC) or Stations Managers Committee • Hub Centres will provide services for the benefit of all community ”radio stations” / ”media services” • Hub Centres are central offices that sell services on behalf of the collective of stations in a province Franklin Huizies NCRF CEO

National Executive Committee NEC - consist delegates from provinces 80% member station representation and 20% associate member representation elected at Bi-AGM. Provincial Executive Committee PEC – consist of Station managers within a province, i.e. members and non-members of NCRF. PEC is not elected but is automatic.
