The key features are: • Robust attendance system – with 100% on site attendance compulsory for lessons • College begins at 8.40am each day • Additional opportunities for you to involve your parents/carers in this next stage of your career • The emphasis is on LEARNING & ACHIEVING • All students should have an on-going career plan

SILVER AWARD(5 criteria needed) • Exceeding target grades by 1 in all areas • Deputy Head Boy / Girl • Student Governor, Sports Captain • Work experience – 2 terms, Sports Team • Classroom assistant/ peer mentor – 2 terms • NGB level 1, D of E Silver • Art, drama, music award or public performance • Community involvement or charity fundraising
