Nullification Changes • The purpose of a nullification decision is to remove the unfair advantage gained. When a defendant is convicted of an Honor Code violation, the Board of Control removes credit from parts of the assignment where an unfair advantage was gained. The defendant still receives full credit for the rest of the assignment. To what extent do you agree with this policy?
