  3. Vocational Rehabilitation WHO can apply? Individuals with permanent disability that interferes with the ability to work Individual will meet with VR Counselor & complete application Counselor will get disability documentation & determine if you qualify

  4. VR: After Eligibility Determination, What Is Next? Work Needs Assessment Work Plan Development Provision of Vocational Services Employment Case Closure

  5. A Team Approach A team of experts will assist the client to … • Understand strengths and abilities • Prepare for a job • Get a job • Keep a job

  6. VR services may include: • Assessment • Counseling & Guidance • Assistive Technology • Training • Job Preparation • Supported Employment • Job Search Assistance • Job Support for 90 days
