  3. The comparative form is used to compare 2 people, things or groups of people or things. bigger smaller The superlative is used to compare 3or more people, things or groups of people or things the biggest the smallest

  4. Short adjectives : old, slow, cheap + er the …+ est older slower cheaper the oldest – the slowest – the cheapest

  5. Short adjectives: ending in cvc double last consonant + er + est big – bigger biggest CVC CVC= Consonant / Vowel / Consonant
