  2. Existing Situation • Monogram Program [M.P.] • Part of Certifications Group at API • Fiduciary Oversight by GCSP • Unclear Policy Oversight (e.g., C4/SC18) • ECS responsible for managing M.P. • Revise S1 to Address Proposed Oversight of the M.P.

Monogram Program Oversight • Support SC18 Retaining Quality Issues: • Definition of What Constitutes “Manufacturing” • Uniformity of Welding Requirements • Monogram Marking Issues (Spec Q1, Annex A) • Other New Work Items on Quality Issues • Support M. P. Oversight Body: • “Guest-Host” Types of Issues • Program Advisories • Other Activities that Impact Licensee’s Ability to Meet the License Agreement or Program Requirements

Monogram Program Oversight (cont’d) • Monogram Program Board: • Proposed Oversight Language for Board Activities Developed by SC18 (TG3) • Final Language to be Developed by ECS • Final Language to be Integrated into S1 • Value-Add Elevates Policy Issues to ECS to be Considered at Company Level
