  2. Tutankhamen • Tutankhamen became a pharaoh when he was 8/9.He died when he was 18/19.He had not been discovered for over 3,300 years. Howard Carter discovered Tutankhamen's tomb.

  3. River Nile • The River Nile was a gift to Egypt. The River Nile is the biggest river in the world. Without the Nile no one would be able to live there. Every autumn the Nile over flowed.

  4. Khufu • Khufu became a pharaoh when he was 6. He died when he was 100.He told the people to build a pyramid to remember him. It was build 4,500 years ago.

  5. Mummies When the people die they get wrapped in bandages. They take out the brain before they get wrapped in bandages.2 they take out their organs. 3 they embalmed the body. 4 they wait till it dries out.

  6. Hieroglyphics • Hieroglyphics is what Egyptians called their writing. Hieroglyphics is picture writing. There are 700 types of symbols. They wrote on papyrus.
