  2. Harry Coumnas is a popular fitness trainer who successful owns two fully established gyms in London. He has been in operation for more than 25 years specializing in offering her training services to many famous celebrities all across the world. His love for fitness started at a very young age.

  3. When he began with competitive dancing and then moving into competitive running. He participated in downhill mountain biking, marathon running, scuba diving, snowboarding, and weight training. He also organized running groups and training plans to help his friends and colleagues achieve their fitness goals.

  4. Harry Coumnas love being with his clients and offer them a helping hand so that they can feel better about themselves. Providing fitness training to people and seeing them achieving their goals has been one of the most rewarding experiences of his life. After completing his certification,

  5. He started his journey as a fitness trainer by taking over an outdoor fitness program for a friend which became ill and needed help. Since then, Harry has pursued additional certifications and now he is a certified group instructor, aqua and spin instructor, and weight trainer. Harry has numerous tools to help his clients to get their goal and feel good about themselves.
