  2. Address Searches Searching by address enables you to direct your property search to a single parcel, property records on a single street, or property records on multiple streets.

  3. Address Search – Step 1 Click on the address button found on the general criteria column.

  4. Address Searches The following address entry box will appear:

  5. Address Searches You have the following options for entering an address in this box: • Enter a complete street name only (BROWN, for example). The box will indicate how many matching street names there are in your coverage area. You will receive a list of matching street names. • Enter a partial street name (BRO, for example). You will receive a window showing an alphabetical list of the closest matching street names on file. Continued

  6. Address Searches • Enter a specific address (720 BROWN, for example). You will receive a window showing all matching listings. • Enter a range of addresses on a particular street (720 900 BROWN, for example). You will receive a window showing all matching ranges.

  7. Address Searches – Step 2 • Enter an address(es) in the space provided. In this instance the complete street name of Brown has been entered.

  8. Address Searches – Step 3 You will receive a window displaying all matching street names. If there is no exact matching street name, you will receive a list of closest matching street names on file if your entry partially matches streets on file (e.g., an entry of "DOG" will produce a list of streets such as Dogwood, Dogrun, Dogeral, etc.). If your entry does not even partially match street names on file, you will receive a response of "No Matches." Matching Street Names

  9. Address Searches – Step 4 • Click on the line(s) of the street(s) you want to include in your search. This will highlight the line(s).

  10. Address Search – Step 5 • Click OK. The street is now selected. Your selected street -- along with the number of records on that street -- will be displayed on the Criteria Select Screen.

  11. Address Search – Step 6 • Your search will only include properties from the selected street(s). In this example, your search will include 307 properties on Brown in Akron, Ohio. You may enter as many streets as necessary for your search needs.
