  5. After viewing all videosClick on Learning Zone

  6. Type in Username & Password NOTE: Username: is the same as the Welligent Username Password: same as Welligent Password

  7. Click on ***Click Here***

  8. Click on “Assessment”

  9. Click on Start to see the test

  10. BE AWARE… • You must answer all questions correctly in order to successfully complete the training. • Once you have successfully answered all the questions correctly you will then be prompted to print your certificate. • You must fax in the certificate to the office fax at (213) 365-1675 no later than September 1st, 2011 in order to maintain employment.
