West Kent PbR Pilot – (some) findings year one • More clients were assessed as critical in regards to risk of harm than any other sub domain; risk of harm is proportionately greater for alcohol users (37.1%) than for drug users (19%); • alcohol clients are almost three times more likely to have a critical ‘risk of harm’ (life is or will be threatened) • more alcohol clients (49.2%) than drug users (38.4%) were considered to have mental health problems 6 19/11/2013 Liz Osbourne
