USE Will is used • to express a future decision or intention made at the moment of speaking. ´I´ll give you my phone number.´ ´It´s Jane´s birthday´. ´Is it?´ ´I´ll buy her some flowers.´ • to express an offer or promise or to ask somebody to do something. ´I´ll help you.´ ´Will you please be quiet?´

Short answers: Yes, I am. No, I´m not. Yes. We are. No we aren´t. USE 1 to express a future decision, intention or plan made before thew moment of speaking.
