  2. WASH MainFlood Problems/threats • Damaged property/ house - WASH Facilities. • Water-borne diseases. • Contamination of water by sewage and waste. • Mosquito/flies infestation. • Contamination of drinking water. • Stagnant water in depressions. • Undesirable odours.

Responses • State Level Responcesongoing (Info. gap) • 96 % of BHs in Khartoum Now functioning. • Critical responses: Water Tankering (MSF, AlsadagaAlShabia,KSWC) • Water quality monitoring & disinfection/chlorination is ongoing (SMoH,WES,UNICEF,WHO) • SRC support water chlorination in Northern & Gezira states. • Supplies Prepositioned in some states

  4. Gap • Information Sharing & Situation instability. • Emergency stock Plastic Sheeting , Jericans Stock, replenishment (Details will be shared later)
