What is the Process for Information Request? • All DoD Systems are Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Exempt • Non-disclosure Agreements are Required with each MILDEP for Requests of Specific Information on Military Systems…Formal FOIA Process • All releasable data on DoD systems was provided to AWS licensees prior to the auction • In order to release further information on DoD systems, the formal FOIA process will be implemented for all DoD relocation activities http://www.defenselink.mil/odam/DFOIPO/index.htm
