We provides the tailor made application software for different business from manufacturing, wholesale, retail to customer services. We excel at the Graphical User Interface (GUI) application which provides powerful features, easy to operate, saves time and increases productivity.

  19. Stock item can be add, amend and delete. A safe level of stock can be set on each product or in category and the re-order advice reminder will be prompted on every login once the safe level has reached. Quick stock search. Inventory Control Interface

Point of Sales Interface • Cashier and administration officer access only. • Cashier can create / amend sales transaction; amend the transaction content and print / reprint sales memo. • Sales memo can be retrieved and then voided by the authorized person. • Inventory will be update automatically on every transaction completed and saved without manual interference.

  22. Each user must use their dedicated username and password to login the system. Each username was defined as different user group which restricted the accessibility of different interface. User who had passed the authentication will access the function interface directly. User Profiles There will be four levels of users for the main DMS system and one level for customer sub-system: For DMS main system: Full Control (Administrator) Read/Write/Modify All (Administration Officer) Read/Write/Modify Point of Sales, Membership (Cashier) Read/Write/Modify Membership (Shop Assistant) For Customer sub-system: Read/Write/Modify Membership (Customer)
