Leadership Beyond Boundaries Training of Trainers KENYA Coming in 2013 A 5-day training of trainers program focusing on core leadership concepts and facilitation skills program sponsored by the Center for Creative Leadership The Leadership Essentials program was designed by the Center for Creative Leadership to develop essential leadership knowledge and skills. • Program Objectives • Learn essential elements of leadership and key drivers of leadership development. • Acquire deeper insight into your identity and strengths and challenges. • Develop leadership capacity using the Center’s framework for development. • Learn techniques for giving and receiving feedback and mentoring. • Through peer support, gain fresh perspectives and practical advice on tackling leadership challenges. CCL’s flagship offering, Leadership Essentials, is coupled with a train-the-trainer offering to enable grassroots trainers to learn and practice facilitation skills along with gaining mastery over content.
