COALITION WARRIOR INTEROPERABILITY EXERCISE 2012 CWIX 2012 Goals and Objectives • Conduct interoperability testing of current, developmental, and experimental systems for supporting current and future NATO and coalition operations. • Test interoperability in a service-oriented, network enabled federated environment. • Support the enhancement of operational capability, particularly in ISAF, between security domains. Joint Staff/OSD/USMC Goals and Objectives with CWIX 2012 Participation POAM Under the umbrella of Coalition Logistics Interoperability, MPC – 30 Jan -3 Feb 2012 Garmisch, Germany FPC – 11-17 Mar 2012 Joint Forces Training Center Bydgoszcz, Poland Execution – 3-22 Jun 2012 Joint Forces Training Center Bydgoszcz, Poland • Demonstrate the ability of a COTS system (AAMMP) to allow interface with the M & R DEX and a cross-domain solution. • Develop and implement translators to support these interfaces, and allow data feed from AAMMP to NALES, and additional coalition partner nations and depots , to include cross domain solution software in order to facilitate enterprise visibility. • Develop and implement integration points to multiple US service sustainment support systems. • Supports revised US Presidential DoD Strategic Guidance, Joint Staff doctrine of implementing ‘Joint Logistics Enterprise’, and ODASD MP&P SIM in Operations and Maintenance, policy direction.
