Barming Primary School • All teaching staff have access to KLZ. • Teaching staff have had initial training. • Mainly using ‘Staff’ area so far. • Some LSAs already using KLZ to share pupil progress • information with teachers re. intervention groups. • Transfer to KLZ email by term 5. • Begin Class set-ups from term 5. • In-school collaboration site for Book Week: ‘Stand up for Shakespeare’.

  3. Brunswick House Primary School • All teachers have had training • Staff using staff area • Uploading weekly timetables • Transfer email • Train non-teaching staff • Use of site for uploading planning to enable collaboration and sharing of resources (eg International School Award) • Pupil involvement beginning with Y5 & 6

  4. Ditton CE Junior School • All staff trained and been using for 6 months • School & staff calendar, room bookings, files uploaded for sharing. • KLZ launched with one Y6 class in February • Promote use of alerts for staff area • Train admin staff on management of main school page (letters, calendar etc) • Continue roll out to classes by teacher enthusiasm, with all classes using it by September 2009 • Cease use of kent.sch.uk email accounts by end of 2009
