  5. GRAINS • Eat up to 6 servings a day. BREAD. PASTA. RICE. CEREAL.

  6. VEGETABLE GROUP • Eat up to 3 servings per day. BROCOLLI. CORN. TOMATO. POTATOE. SPINACH. CARROT.

  7. FRUIT GROUP • Eat up to 2 servings per day. STRAWBERRIES. ORANGES. PINEAPPLES. BANANA.

  8. MILK GROUP • Eat up to 2 servings per day. MILK. CHEESE. YOGURT.

  9. MEAT GROUP • Eat up to 2 servings per day. CHICKEN. SHRIMP. STEAK. FISH.

  11. Activity This is Mandy. Mandy loves to eat fruits and vegetables everyday. She eats a lot of bread and meet. Occasionally she will be allowed to have a piece of candy. This is Robert. He doesn’t mind his mom and eat his fruits and veggies everyday. He only wants to eat a little chicken and wont stop eating candy. WHO HAS THE BALANCED DIET?
