  2. Mission • Most kids don’t know how to play musical instruments • Can’t afford to learn and/or even listen to music • Want to give them a chance to • Make kids want to pursue music more

  3. Situation • Currently working in my basement • Very cramped • Little work gets done • Lonely

  4. Action • If all goes well.. • Buy much more space • Hire many more workers • Advertise to promote activities and donations • Get an office • Hire 2 staff members • Pay $12 an hour • 2 months

  5. Recommend • 1,332 sq. ft. • Plenty of space • $2,220 for 2 months • About $216 for pay • Approximately $3,500 for equipment • Total: $5,936 I would recommend renting: • A space at Riverhills Commons • Located in Somerset, WI • Space 500

  6. Implement • Promote non-profit organization • Possibly get more activities for people to attend If we get the office space, we can achieve: • At least double the amount of donations • Triple the work speed

  7. Evaluation • Go insane from loneliness • Never expand on organization • Status quo If we do not get the space, it will: • Take 2x as long to get reports done • Won’t gain donations • May lose donators

  8. Closing To finalize • Could really use the office • Help a lot in the end • Promote Organization a ton • Donations would increase
