  15. Course Articulation • Created online system to send course articulation reviews to the Colleges • Saves paper and time • Quicker turn-a-round time • Automated email notification to college for new review in queue • College can add comments or request more information

  22. Notification to Community College/4 yr School Electronic document sent to the college or university indicating how the course submitted will articulate to our campus. This electronic document is used in lieu of Form 13. Information includes transferability (yes/no), equivalency, satisfaction of General Education requirements.

Counselor Website • Currently implemented for HS guidance counselors • Each school is provided with a unique login • Counselors can monitor students’ application status • Counselors can view the decision as well as scholarships awarded • Hope to have this up and running for community college counselors in the near future
