Transfer Articulation Guides Started in 2009 with 12 community colleges By the fall of 2010, all 48 community colleges in Illinois were live No more guess articulations Useful to both students and counselors

Notification to Community College/4 yr School Electronic document sent to the college or university indicating how the course submitted will articulate to our campus. This electronic document is used in lieu of Form 13. Information includes transferability (yes/no), equivalency, satisfaction of General Education requirements.

Counselor Website • Currently implemented for HS guidance counselors • Each school is provided with a unique login • Counselors can monitor students’ application status • Counselors can view the decision as well as scholarships awarded • Hope to have this up and running for community college counselors in the near future
