1. Thurgood Marshall
2. July 2nd 1908 He was born in Baltimore, Maryland
3. 1926 He attended college at Lincoln University in Chester County PA.
4. 1931 Maryland law school rejected him. So He went to Howard Law School.
5. Judge He became a judge after law school.
6. 1934 He began to work at the NAACP.
7. Brown v. Board1954 Was his most important court case.
8. 1965 Appointed Attorney General for Lyndon B. Johnson.
9. 1967 Appointed 1st Black Supreme Court Justice
10. 1991 Retired From Supreme Court
11. 1993 He died at 84
12. THE MOVEMENT HE INSPIRED MANY PEOPLE IN THE CIVIL RIGHTS MOVEMENT.
13. God Thurgood had faith in God and even in tough times he wouldn’t give up on God. Many other people in the south did the same.
