Units Unit 1: Business in Action (examination) Why do people set up a business? If interest rates go down – is that a good thing? Imagine if all the computers did not work. What would happen? I wonder what made them build that shop there? Business & ICT Department
Units Unit 2: Making Your Mark in Business (controlled coursework) Who makes the decisions and why? Why do businesses advertise? Is good customer service really important? How do they seem to know what I need before I do? Business & ICT Department
Units Unit 3: Working in Business (examination) What if the employees don’t agree with the owners? What different types of jobs could I do? Who is in charge of Marketing and Sales? Is profit the most important thing? Business & ICT Department
Units Unit 4: Business and You (controlled coursework) How do I prepare for a job interview? How would I get the necessary skills to be successful? Can I really be sacked for being a few minutes late now and again? Can you handle the responsibility? Business & ICT Department
