  2. Bills are thought up  Think of a law that this country could really benefit from and could protect more people.

  3. It has to be presented  The bill has to be presented before The House and The Senate.

  4. Voting time  All bills must be voted on through the House and the Senate.

  5. Passing the LAW  If the president likes the law he can sign to become a law.

  6. OR!!!  If the president veto’s the bill, Congress can override his veto using a 2/3 majority vote.
