  2. 2 - My mistress eyes / Sonnet 130 / Stanza - 1 • My mistress' eyes are nothing like the sun; • Coral is far more red than her lips' red; • If snow be white, why then her breasts are dun; • If hairs be wires, black wires grow on her head.

  3. My mistress eyes / Sonnet 130 / Stanza - 2 • I have seen roses damask'd, red and white, • But no such roses see I in her cheeks; • And in some perfumes is there more delight • Than in the breath that from my mistress reeks.

  4. My mistress eyes / Sonnet 130 / Stanza - 3 • I love to hear her speak, yet well I know • That music hath a far more pleasing sound; • I grant I never saw a goddess go; • My mistress, when she walks, treads on the ground:

  5. My mistress eyes / Sonnet 130 / Stanza - • And yet, by heaven, I think my love as rare • As any she belied with false compare.

  6. 3 - “I don’t love you”… by Pablo Neruda • Stanza - 1 of 4 • I don’t love you as if you were the salt rose, topaz, or arrow of carnations that propagate fire. • I love you as certain dark things are loved, secretly, between the shadow and the soul.

  7. “I don’t love you”… by Pablo Neruda • Stanza - 2 of 4 • I love you as the plant that doesn’t bloom and carries within itself the light of those flowers, • And thanks to your love, darkly in my body lives the dense fragrance that rises from the earth.

  8. “I don’t love you”… by Pablo Neruda • Stanza 3 of 4 • I love you without knowing how, or when, or from where, • I love you simply, without problems or pride: • I love you in this way because I don’t know any other way of loving
