  2. Who? • Born on 1137 AD/CE. • He died on March 3rd 1193 AD/CE. • He was a Muslim Leader. • His real name is Salah Al-Din Yusuf.

  3. What? - Salah re-united the Muslim world in the year in 1187, by re-conquering Palestine. -He ruled the Islamic empire. - Fought in the vindictive 3rd crusade war. Which he did not instruct to occur on various countries that were part of it.

  4. When? • He reunited the Muslims in 1187, which happened 824 years ago. • The occurring of the 3rd crusade war dreadfully appeared in 1189 and breathlessly ended in 1192.

  5. Where? • The 3rd crusade war took place in a very vast land when put together. • The countries/places that were in the 3rd crusade war were Israel, Levant and Anatolia. That was in the region of what is in reality called Palestine, Turkey, Syria and Jordan.

  6. Why? • It happened because pope Gregory VIII instructed it to happen because the land belonged to the Muslims. • But because the land rightfully belonged to the Muslims and they managed to get Palestine back, Pope Gregory VIII wanted it back again.

  7. How? - Salah Al-Din managed to get Palestine back by using his sensational war tactics. They said that was a born talent he inherited. - He did not situate any harm such as robbing, hurting etc, on the citizens that live there.
