Clinical Positive Feedback from Care Management FBMHS overseeing TSS FBMHS and Respite Services Call Care Manager when: Significant Non-compliance issues Need for early closure Suggestions/Observations Concurrent Reviews: Needed elements Measurable Treatment Goals Additional unit requests/extension requests Discharge psychological time frames if BHRS is considered

  6. Clinical • 3 reminders: • Remember to submit the preferred provider form with initial requests for BHRS or FBMHS • Remember to send weekly capacity reporting • STAP training dates: March 19th

Provider Portal Update Fully functional except for e-registering for meetings or trainings After 3/1/08 no forms or policies will be located on the website as they will all be located on the Portal. There is a control on the top of all pages in the provider portal called “My Account”.  Going into this section allows a provider to update/change information in their account including the LOC they need information on.  The only thing that cannot be done is change of password.  Issues/concerns/Questions www.CBHNP.org 10
