PROSJEKTMÅL NBB skal først og fremst: • sikre inntektsstrømmen fra billettsalget til OS, slik at det økonomiske totalresultatet blir positivt - kostnadseffektivisere rutiner og prosesser rundt billett- og betalingshåndteringen
PROSJEKTMÅL Dernest skal NBB så langt som mulig: • sikre at kundene og personalet opplever billett- og betalingssystemet som minst like godt som dagens system • sikre at regulariteten bedres, dvs at oppholdstiden for trikk og buss blir kortere enn i dag • gi trafikkstatistikk for drifts- og inntektsformål • tilrettelegges for å kommunisere med SL’s og NSB’s billettsystemer i fremtiden
