  3. Severance Payment Workers Receive For a Pre-determined Period n = 306 Note: HR professionals who responded “not sure” and those that offer no severance payment were excluded from this analysis.

  4. Organizations Requiring Laid-off Workers Who Receive Severance Payment to Sign a Form Releasing Organization From Liability For Employment Actions n = 339 Note: HR professionals who responded “not sure” and those that offer no severance were excluded from this analysis.
