ABOUT JACOBIN LODGE • 340 ha in size. • Traversing farms: ChitwaChitwa, Vuyatela, Arathusa Safari Lodge, Simbambili, Annettes. • Traversing area: approx 3400ha in total. • Lodge consist of 4 separate en-suite deluxe Chalets sleeping 2 adults and 2 kids (kids bedroom separated by a sliding door from adults bedroom), big bathroom with indoor bath and shower, outside shower, outside deck overlooking the bush. • Main Lodge consist of a large main entertainment area with open-plan kitchen, scullery, walk-in cold room, dining room, TV room, outside dining area, braai area and pool, deck over-looking Jacobin plane and its own water hole. • Jacobin has its own bush game vehicle, qualified ranger with good knowledge of all the rules and regulations of the Sabi Sands as well as all the roads which Jacobin can travers on, and a cleaning lady. • Current levies per Share: R8,000.00 excl. vat per month. • Bed night levies when staying at the lodge: R300 per night for entire Lodge. • 6 Share holders – each share holder gets 8 weeks per year – weeks revolve every year together with Easter, Christmas and New year weeks.
