Focus : Land Records Services • Data Fully Ready in 20 Major States • Total Tehsils/ Taluks/ Mandals – 5846 • Distribution of Computerized ROR Copies and other information through three modes • Tehsil/Taluks Computer Centre – 4524 (across all states except in North States) • Kiosks/Common Service Centres are Operational – Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Goa, HP, Karnataka, Kerala at Town /Village Level • Digitally Signed Copies of RoR being given – AP, Rajasthan, UP, Goa, Maharashtra and Karnataka • Nominal Service Charge Rs 10-15 per copies being levied. Karnataka has earned Rs 12 Crores per year. MP – 6 Crores, Per day RoR Distribution from tehsils – 100 -150 copies.

Computerisation of Land Records – Focus Citizen Services • There are 4107 Sub-Registrar Offices (SROs) in the country • 3825 SRO have been computerized in 24 States • Around 3.0 Crores documents get registered per annum & around 20 crore citizens visit the SR Office • Services • Online Appointment to visit SR Office – Delhi & Maharashtra • Property Value & Stamp Duty Calculator-Online (15 states) • Reduced Turnaround Time for Registration (45 Minutes) • Copy of Certified Copy of Deed (15 Minutes from counter) • Non-Encumbrance Certificate (15 Minutes from counter) • Digitally Signed Copy of Non-encumbrance Certificates and Certified copy of deeds • Integrated with Land Records genuine land transactions & keeping records updated
