  1. MS Series Shears

  2. Optional Equipment • D-Touch 7 Touchscreen Control (11, 12 & 14 ga.) • Protractor for Angle Shearing • Rear Pneumatic Sheet Support System • Stroke Counter • Extended Squaring and Support Arms (3004) • 29.5” Programmable Back Gauge (11, 12 & 14 ga.) Standard Equipment Capacities • D-Touch 7 Touchscreen Control (10 ga.) • 40” Squaring Arm with T-Slotted and Disappearing Stop • Two 40” Front Arm Supports • 17” Rear Operated Manual Back Gauge (11, 12 & 14 ga.) • Solid Hold-Down with Non-slip Rubber Pad • Portable Foot Control with Emergency Stop Button • Tabletop Ball Transfers (10 ga.) • 29.5” Programmable Back Gauge (10 ga.) • 10 – 11- 12 – 14 gauges • 4 – 10’ lengths

  3. Features Flip-Up Finger Guard & Tabletop Ball Transfers Fast Programmable Back Gauge The fast programmable back gauge positions via ballscrews. It can be used either in a “touch and go” mode or multiple step program held in storage under program number. Depending on the model, the gauge bar either flips out of the way at the end of its travel, or is of the swing-away type. Standard in 10 gauge; optional for 11, 12 or 14 gauge. The table sections are fitted with roller balls that reduce friction and marking when feeding the sheet. Available on 10 gauge models only.

  4. Optional Features Protractor Rear Pneumatic Sheet Supports This device allows easy and fast angle cutting of the sheet. Calibrated in degrees, the operator can position the sheet at the angle of cut desired. When shearing long drop pieces of thin material, the sheet can droop before it reaches the gauge bar, making it hard to gauge accurately. Support arms are pneumatically activated to support the sheet while gauging, then automatically move away for shearing after the sheet is securely clamped. This eliminates the need to front gauge and the need to manually support the sheet from the rear side of the machine, which is not only costly but unsafe.

  5. Control Unit – D-Touch 7 • Standard on 10 gauge; Optional on 11, 12 & 14 gauge • 7” Touchscreen display • Auto setting of blade clearance • Auto setting of rake angle • Program storage • Material library
