Why is induction training important for new employees? It shows them what they need to do at the job 3. Explain (in a sentence) why 2 of the above items should be included.Dress code should be included so they don’t look scrappy at work and fire drill should be in the induction so they know where to go if there is a fire

Explain the difference between In-house training and externaltraining?In- house training is done at the office, external is done outside of the office 2. Give 1 advantage and 1 disadvantage for each type of training: An advantage for in house is that they ee were they will be working and learn there way around external yur in a comfortable enviroment disadvantage in house theres more pressure external can be too relaxed people may not work
