State & Federal Mandated Reports • Civil Rights Data (Federal) • SIMS – Student demographic data • EPIMS – Staff data, student course schedule and grade data • Published on DESE website • Class size data with demographics • AP Participation • Enrollment data • Graduation & dropout rates • Staff demographics & HQ status • Many other reports… • Not Published • Connecting students to courses to teachers • Creating transcripts • Teacher evaluation data to be collected – connected to student achievement

District & School Improvement Plans • Efforts have been focused on ensuring all goals are measureable • Data teams are utilizing many data sources to create and support their improvement plans (not just MCAS) • All plans are aligned to the District Strategic Plan • Data teams meet over the summer to assess and realign plans • Data teams meet periodically over the year to look at benchmarks and monitor progress on goals
