Case study – Results So far the client has achieved: • 30% reduction in greenhouse intensity • Improvement of portfolio average energy rating from 2.6 stars (CY2008) to 3.9 stars (CY2010) • Success in procuring funding to achieve these goals (Green Building Fund) Key elements of EEO structure used to deliver significant and ongoing energy savings 31

  32. Conclusions • EEO sets out a range of data analysis and capture requirements • These integrate with progressive improvement of building performance • Start simple, build capacity • Case studies show that these approaches work in the commercial sector 32
