  3. ILO: Tripartite Structure Three groups form the Executive of the ILO • governments • employers’ representatives • workers’ representatives

  4. Mission ILO • promotion of social justice • internationally recognized human and labour rights • minimum standards of basic labour rights: • freedom of association • the right to organize • collective bargaining • abolition of forced labour • equality of opportunity and treatment

  5. Strengthening social partners • promote development of independent • employers' and • workers' organizations and • provide training and advisory services to those organizations
