  30. Please help us • Students should not arrive at school before 7:40 AM • Visitors must always check in at the office • AR: Computer lab will be available every morning at 7:40 for tests

  31. Please help us • If your child is absent, please call the office before 8:30 AM • Request homework when calling in an absence – grades 5-8 must be a two day absence • If you take a vacation, homework will be provided when you return

Please help us • Please be sure children are appropriately covered and prepared for the weather • When paying for lunch, field trips, etc. please write a separate check for each item • Please only send birthday invitations to school if you are inviting the entire class, or all of the boys, or all of the girls.

  33. Please help us • K – 4 students should wear their orange field trip shirts on field trip days for identification, and 5 – 8 students will wear their LW polo shirts. • Field trip chaperones-please arrange childcare for little ones & put cell phones on silent mode • A note must be provided in the morning for any bus changes. For student safety we cannot honor requests by phone
