  4. We have to determine whether our departments are still relevant • If so, what should be our roles and responsibilities

  5. Te Puni Kōkiri was established by the Ministry of Māori Development Act 1991

  6. We exist because there is a Minister of Māori Affairs

  7. Whānau Ora will be a pivotal part of Te Puni Kōkiri’s role in ensuring greater effectiveness for Māori from the state sector

  8. Whānau Ora Landscape Minister Responsible for Whānau Ora Minister of Māori Affairs Wellington Governance Group Regional Leadership Groups Te Puni Kōkiri Regional Staff Whānau Ora Collectives Regional Whānau
