  1. Camp Character Overview Memories of previous years at Camp Character. Activities vary based on ages, skills, and interests of campers.

Camp Goals The focus of this camp is character education. • We aim to reinforce or develop social skills and manners that promote positive relationships. • We believe the Ten Commandments are the best standard for character education, pleasing God, getting along with our fellowman, and being good citizens.

Camp Goals cont’d • As a part of this mission, we strive to: • Educate campers on the importance of respect for people and property in society. • Celebrate doinggood as a mutually rewarding experience – the doer and recipient. • Teach positive communications and conflict resolution. • Demonstrate practicality of the Golden Rule.

  5. Activities • While activities vary from year to year, we promote and encourage physical fitness and nutrition, team work, and Christian values. Get up get ready let’s go!
