11. Behavior Chart • Green: ROCK STAR! • White: Good Day-everyone starts here • Yellow: Warning-no consequence • Blue: five minutes time out • Orange: half recess time out • Red: all recess time out

12. Things to Note: • Wear tennis shoes to school-can change to sandals after gym: rotation changes daily • Girls wear shorts under skirts/dresses • Nap mats come home on Fridays. Please return on Mondays. • Car pickup signs available upon request-HANGER EXAMPLE

14. CAR PICKUP: • Please hang sign in window • Please have your child enter on curb side • Pull all the way up to cones • Stay in line • If picking up in person, please check in with teacher before walking away

15. iPads are Coming Soon! • Due by Christmas • Will not be checked out for home use • Headphones required • Earbudsvs headphones • Make sure they are iPadcompatable

16. Book/Magazine Orders • Send all money in envelopes for Book orders-NO CASH! • Money orders/checks only • Highlights, Puzzlemania, Puzzlebuzz, Eagle Eye Hidden Pictures-please leave tonight if possible.

17. Snack Time! • Bring snack/paper goods for the whole week • Provide for whole class • “Healthy” foods • No candy or other sweets • No drinks needed • Birthday treats must be “store bought.”

18. Medication Policy • All medications, even cough drops, must be checked in through the nurse’s office. • ALL MEDICATIONS must have an official form filled out and placed on file with the nurse’s office. - Found online

19. Handouts • Johnny Can Spell Information Night • Train Homework project • Book Orders-send back • 4 Magazine Subscriptions-leave tonight • No money needed at this time • Lots of awesome freebies!

20. Handwriting Practice & Motor Skills: • Should be able to write name • Hold pencil/crayons correctly • Hold scissors correctly • Using glue • Spelling/Writing is a process • Example on round table

21. “Wish List” • *Volunteers to help: • tear out math workbook pages • cut laminating • staple/put together booklets • CLASS PHOTOGRAPHER • Toys for indoor recess-puzzles, Legos, blocks, Tinker Toys, etc.
