Top three priorities • Portfolio Management (Bill Moys) • Group resource coordination & contention resolution. • Analyze & integrate additional projects we would like to pursue in 2012 • Training and Support (job posted) • Prop 1D funded equipment only. No support, operations, or training. • To staff UCSF Video Conferencing Solutions Group • Level 2 support, R&D, testing, documentation , support. • Develop & publish onboarding process. • Develop and deliver high quality training to end users, first level support, desktop team,SMEs, and new clients
Top three priorities • Business Analyst-12 months (job posted) • Web Documentation: (directory, getting started, FAQs, solutions matrix, facilities map, complete room instructions, best practices, other documents as required.) • Workflow development (service desk/triage/MOVI) • On-boarding coordination • Development & publishing of Use policy and guidelines • Work with Solutions group on deliverables related to documentation, client engagement, and policy. • Evangelism and engagement of internal and external partners
